The purpose of Viva Engage is to build an inclusive social community across a large group or organization. It provides an open space for members to connect with peers, ask questions, share extra resources, and participate in interest-based sub-groups.
How to use Microsoft Viva Engage
The tool can be used by creating a dedicated community space where members share updates, use "Praise" badges to recognize contributions, and run Q&A posts with verified answers.

- Application's Terms of Conditions or End User License Agreement poses a risk of binding the institution to an agreement thereby requiring legal counsel to review the application. However, this is mitigated as it has undergone legal review during the Technology Risk Assessment process.
